You must return the car at or before your scheduled return time. Each rental has a 24-hour rental window from your pickup time. If you return the car late, a penalty of $10/hour will apply until the car is returned.

Yes. A $25 reservation deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable upon successful return of the vehicle. If you do not show up for your reservation, the deposit will be charged.
You must have a valid driver's license, a valid phone number, email address, and meet our rental eligibility requirements. Additional verification may be required before confirming your reservation.
You can book directly through our website by selecting your pickup and drop-off dates, choosing a vehicle, entering your details, and completing the secure booking process.
Yes. You can extend your rental by using the Extend Rental option on our website or by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability.
You can pick up and return vehicles at our main office in Hamilton, Ohio, or at an agreed-upon location. Pickup and return details will be confirmed during booking.
Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement are allowed to drive the vehicle. Unauthorized drivers are not permitted and may void the rental agreement.
You must notify All In 1 Rentals immediately and report the incident to the police if required. The renter is responsible according to the terms outlined in the rental agreement and insurance coverage.
Basic coverage may be included, but renters are responsible for deductibles and certain damages depending on their insurance status. Additional coverage options may be available.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking. Cancellation terms may vary depending on timing and vehicle availability.
Once your trip ends, please follow these steps:
  • Do NOT reverse the car into the driveway, as it is dangerous due to street traffic.
  • Please park the car in the front driveway facing forward.
  • Place the key in the Key Drop Box located on the front door.
  • If you have any concerns or notice anything after the trip, please send a message so we can address it promptly.
